Brenda joined our agency January 2022, but previously worked for another Allstate agent for the last 12 years. Brenda loves helping customers with their policies and how to help protect them and their families. When Brenda is not at work you will find her hiking, golfing or just spending time outside. She has 7 grandkids that keep her quite busy and she looks forward to hear yearly trips with her whole family.
Amber started in Allstate in 2009 and joined our agency January of 2022. Her favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with customers and being able to help so they are protected. When Amber is not at the office she enjoys going on vacation with her children and husband. When she is not at the parks she is busy being a chauffeur, cook and maid to her four kids.
Jessie joined our agency in 2025 but has been working in insurance since early 2022. She loves everything about her job—especially representing Allstate and building lasting relationships with customers. Jessie enjoys helping people and reconnecting with them beyond just a one-time interaction. Outside of work, Jessie loves spending time with her family and seeking out new adventures. She is also a big Kansas City Chiefs fan, which makes football season especially exciting!
Celeste joined our agency in 2024 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. She has a true passion for connecting with customers, building strong relationships, and providing guidance that helps them feel confident in their insurance coverages. Outside of work, Celeste enjoys spending quality time with her family, caring for her husky, Myro, and exploring the outdoors through hiking. Stephany joined our agency in 2025 but has been working in insurance since 2020. She has been an amazing addition to the agency! Her favorite part of the job is helping customers with their needs, so they feel supported every step of the way. She has a special talent for reviewing policies and helping customers choose proper protection. Daniel joined our agency in 2025 and quickly discovered that his favorite part of the job is getting to know customers and building those personal connections. When he’s not at work, Daniel enjoys playing video games, watching movies, and swimming. He is also bilingual — ¡Se habla español! — and loves being able to assist Spanish-speaking customers.
Brant has been in the insurance industry since 1999 and joined our agency in 2026. With decades of experience, he is passionate about developing his team and helping them grow every day. Brant takes pride in coaching and supporting his team so they can provide customers with excellent options at the best possible value, helping see families are helped to be properly protected. Outside of work, Brant enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially working on projects with his youngest son. Whether they’re in the yard, the garage, or trying out a new recipe, those moments are some of his favorite. As a father of six, family is incredibly important to him. With his children now living across the country, he and his wife enjoy traveling to visit them and creating new memories together. Tracy Suttles joined our agency in 2026, bringing several years of insurance experience since starting her career in 2020. She loves helping customers review their coverage so they can choose protection for what matters most. Tracy believes in taking the time to do things right so customers can have peace of mind. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her family, reading, or enjoying hikes at Camp Croft and throughout Tennessee.
Rick has been in the insurance industry since 1999 and has dedicated his career to building, developing, and transforming high-performing sales teams. What drives him most is watching a producer go from saying, "I'm not sure I can sell this," to celebrating the best month of their career. Helping good people become even better at what they do is what motivates him every day. Throughout his career, Rick has led teams through growth, change, and turnaround situations by focusing on coaching, accountability, and developing confidence in others. He believes that helping people is the key to long-term success and takes pride in helping individuals reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Outside of work, Rick enjoys golfing, flying, and spending time with his wife, Michelle. Whenever possible, the two escape to Hilton Head to relax and recharge. Family is at the center of Rick's life, and he loves spending time with their five grown children, their spouses, and their six grandchildren—with number seven on the way. He also enjoys following the financial markets and spends much of his free time reading and writing.
